Muslim women can also be western and American at the same time. I guess you are asking how Muslim women differ from non Muslim women. So as a Muslim woman I will say that God always comes first and His word is the guiding principle in a Muslim woman's (and man's) life. I love humanity more because I love Him first.
For your second question, a good honest person who also loves God and is genuine, and tries to always better himself. These are admirable qualities that are sought in any relation, not just when looking for a spouse.

Muslim women are more modest in general than most Western women. Most muslim women look for a man who works and provides for her and the family. Also a man with a strong family life and at least a good financial background

There are so many no one could answer here. I will give one very brief example of the difference. Marriage in Islam is not like it is in the west. Muslims can get married with the idea of getting a divorce later. Marriage is more of a business deal in Islam where the man rents the lady parts. Most Muslims have been married so many times they can't count.
That said, it is hard to trust a Muslim women in the marriage. She is always thinking "maybe we will soon divorce' so I should do what is best for me". The Muslim ladies in marriage do what is best for them, rather than what is best for both because divorce is alway a fast option for the man. You would expect them to steal money to be ready for divorce where women always get a bad deal

Muslim women are taught that the only value they possess is as a wife. They are taught that their highest calling is to get married and squirt out more Muslim babies to carry on the jihad. They are taught that they are inferior to men and must be protected because Muslim men are uncontrollable rapists.

Muslim woman differ from America woman in that they are more serving to the husbands. A true muslim woman cooks her husbands meal daily. This is why you find their husbands so attracted to their woman. A woman who does this for man will most likely develop an attachment from her husband.

When they are all Muslims they all have no difference, whether they are in the East or West or North or Soth of this globe.
