Classical scholar's such as Imam Abu Hanifa and Shaykh ul Islam Ibny Taymiyah categorised the world as being either friend or foe of al-Islam.

Dar al Islam ("ground of peace") is an arabic term used to refer to lands that are under the rule of Muslim governments and rule by the Shariah.

“The Reliance of the Traveller “recognizes the dar al-harb as "enemy lands" and provides Muslims with instructions and rules regarding such territory. For example, it explains that based on the Prophet's words: "There is no usury (riba) between the Muslim and the hostile non-Muslim in enemy lands (dar al-harb)," it is permissible (according to Abu Hanifa and Muhammad saw)

According to this manual, Muslim authorities whose land borders enemy territory (dar al-harb) are obligated to undertake jihad against enemies, dividing the spoils of battle among combatants, and setting aside a fifth for deserving recipients.

►Ibn kathir writes in his Tafsir "The Order to fight until there is no more Fitnah" and says non muslims don’t deserve peace:
Allah encourages the believers to show enmity to the idolators and to dissociate from them, affirming that they do not deserve to enjoy a covenant of peace, because of their Shirk in Allah and disbelief in Allah's Messenger .

Allah then commanded fighting the disbelievers when He said:

(...until there is no more Fitnah) meaning, Shirk. This is the opinion of Ibn `Abbas, Abu Al-`Aliyah, Mujahid, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi`, Muqatil bin Hayyan, As-Suddi and Zayd bin Aslam.

Allah's statement:

(...and the religion (all and every kind of worship) is for Allah (Alone).) means, `So that the religion of Allah becomes dominant above all other religions.' It is reported in the Two Sahihs that Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari said: "The Prophet was asked, `O Allah's Messenger! A man fights out of bravery, and another fights to show off, which of them fights in the cause of Allah' The Prophet said:

(He who fights so that Allah's Word is superior, then he fights in Allah's cause.)

They didn't invent anything new. As per Quran, the Muslim should not be a resident of a country not headed by a Muslim ruler, or where Islam is disgraced and Muslims are oppressed. If any Muslim was under such situation he must seek Hijra, means he must immigrate to a Muslim country. Regardles of the theories you mentioned

You are living proof to me of why the internet it a scary place. I sometimes wonder what would happen if a 13 year old lurking around here found your non-Islamic nonsense believable and followed you. I bet you'd bombard their emails with your fake hate propaganda and make them blow themselves up to solve some personal problems/issues you've got. I'm sure you've got plenty.
