Does God have a plan for me ?

Question

The love of my life was shot at and died three weeks ago, he was the 8th homicide in my city for 2011. Things like this don't happen much in my city. But we had so many plans on getting married and having kids. He was the perfect match for me & he felt the same. He was an amazing person like amazinggg and had such a bug heart, he had so much love for Allah too. I can't believe he was taken away from me before our lives together were about to start. I can' even see my future without him and everyday im being gone I just feel like is getting harder and harder. I am turning to God at this time and finally have converted to Islam 4 days ago which I am happy about and he would have been so proud of me with.
I don't know why God took him away from me though, we loved eachother with everything we got. I dont think I will ever find anyone more compatable and loving like him.
What do you think Gods plan is for me? Is he going to send me someone like him? And if I get married to someone else would I still have a chance to be his wife if I constantly pray for it ?
Since I haven't had the chance to do everything I planned on with him here, I want to spend eternity with him in Jannah :(

Assalamu alaykum Alhamdulillah you have converted to Islam as the only blessed religion until qiyyamah You have chosen the true and right path in your life.You must keep be patient that Allah has tested you by taking out your beloved one Death will come immediately and suddenly to everyone We could not reject it if the time has come whatever its condition You should think positively that Allah loves you so Allah will replace him with a better one for you. Allah (God) has plan for everyone including for you although we do not know about it.Place forget him and you must think about your life now and in the future Based on the Qur'an that everything which is good for us maybe in the opinion of Allah it is not good for us and oppositely. I hope you will find a better man in the near future Do not be despair,because Allah hates desperation.You must be optimistic and get up from sadness situation You must pray to Allah on time properly and make duas for him,for your parents and for yourself.Insya allah,Allah will answer your duas and will guide you and protect you.Ameen

i wish to narrate a story of a sister, who approached an Alim for help (i read on a website were a sis asked for help)

she asked to scholar abt her situation and life...she married a man, lived with him till old age and had kids who also got married...after her husband died she found out that he was in business of prostitutes and other such stuff and moreover had believes that contradicted to islam

(i m not telling anything against the ur late fiance , May ALlah have mercy on him)

but i jus wished to give u an example that sometimes things may appear to us good or bad but in reality they might be the opposite and only Allah have this knowledge and He does th BEST ALWAYS :)

this lady spent her all life till oldage with such a man n never knew of it! infact it was the thing that would have even nullified her nikkah!

But Allah helped her, imagine her life if she would have found all this during his life time ??

Allah saved her from sins as well as troubles of life



Sister, love Allah more cuz its ALlah who created ur late fiance and blessed him with good qualities

Al-Baqara [2:165] And there are some among men who take for themselves objects of worship besides Allah, whom they love as they love Allah, and those who believe are stronger in love for Allah



and trust and hope the best from Allah

At-Talaq [65:3] And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allâh, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allâh will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allâh has set a measure for all things.

Well, this is terrible and so sorry for your loss. May Allah grant him Paradise, Insha Allah.



As for you.. Only God knows who he will bring into your life.



(for instance, I have known my fiance many years,and he got mad at me in2008, and didn't even speak to me, no contact at all, for 1 yr.

Now, we were going to get married last summer, and many things happened, and he let me run away bride. I hope(and believe he is ALLAHS PLAN FOR MY LIFE FOREVER!) people break up andmonths and even years later, they get back together, because they are true to GOD, and not selfish thinking of themselves.



So for me and fiance, 6 months is not too long to wait for Allah to help us, and I know He will.





I know u r in shock right now and still see yourself with your man, but in time, you will see this is not possible.



Thats the reason I told you of my own personal issue, because this is real, and by ALLAH, and two people who both love and fear Allah, and love eachother, this is different..there is hope.

But dear, your man is gone,we don't know the reason he was taken, but Allah will ease your burden, and you will move on.Insha Allah.

Only Allah knows ur future.Maybe Allah protect u from bad future(he maybe looks amazing in ur eyes,but Allah maybe see him as the 1 that will hurt u in d'future).

Read Quran(translation),surah Al-Kahfi:66-82.Its a good story that teach us that things are not what they look like.Maybe u see things are good,but Allah knows that those are bad for u.And Allah knows best.
