Salam.Prayer time is from the onset of Azan(prayer call) till the next prayer azan. Some have given exception to Fajar prayer. After sunrise shud not pray fajar.U can only pray after ur zuhur prayer as Qada. And jus coz time given for the prayer is till next prayer time doesn not mean u can pray at ur own comfort.Keeping up wit prayer time is equally important as the prayer itself.

Your supposed to do your fajr prayer when you hear the adhaan for it. Not before its due, it won't be accepted. You should first eat then close your fast and do your fajr prayer when its time.
