Question:
RAMADAN: Will only Shia of Ali (as) go to Jannah?
2011-05-12 18:48:26 UTC
Ameen is not part of Sura Fatiha. Muawiya added that. IT IS HARAM IN SALAAT.

Muawiya was against IMAM ALI (AS)

According to all sahih hadith books IMAM ALI (AS) is on straight path. Muawiya by purpose did everything against IMAM ALI (AS)

The Holy Prophet (pbuh) said:

O Ali, you and your Shi'a will be in Paradise

Many Sunnis are confused by the hadith, since they are not from the Shi'a of Imam Ali (as). So, many of them have declared the hadith weak. However, it is either ignorance or dishonesty. This is because the hadith is not just sahih, it is mutawatir! Inshallah, I will set out now to prove that.

First, what is a mutawatir hadith? Well, any hadith narrated through a minimum of 9 or 10 Companions is accepted as mutawatir, and thus absolutely authentic. Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani has some more words:

For a mutawatir hadith, the reliability or justice of the narrators is irrelevant. Its authenticity only depends on the multiplicity of narrators, to a number that clearly removes the possibililty of any collusion to lie.
Al-Isabah, Vol. 2, p. 252

Imam al-Haskani in his Shawahid Tanzil, Vol. 2, p. 461, has recorded the hadith through a chain from Ibn Abbas. Al-Khawarizmi too in his al-Manaqib, p. 323, has recorded it from another chain from Sa'eed ibn Jubayr from Ibn Abbas.

Al-Khawarizmi again has recorded it through another chain from Anas ibn Malik in his Manaqib, p. 319. Ibn Maghazili too has narrated from him through a chain in his Manaqib Amir al-Mumineen, pp. 183-184. Ibn Maghazili al-Shafi'i, in his Manaqib Amir al-Mumineen, pp. 157-158, cites a chain leading up to Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansar. Imam al-Tabarani, in his Mu'jam al-Awsat, Vol. 7, p. 343, has narrated it through another chain from Abu Hurayrah. Al-Khawarizmi again has narrated it through a chain from Imam Husayn (as) in his al-Manaqib, p. 317. Al-Haskani, through a chain, has recorded it from Abu Barzah al-Aslami in his Shawahid Tanzil, Vol. 2, p. 463.

Imam al-Hakim in his al-Mustadrak, Vol. 3, pp. 174-175 has narrated from Mayna ibn Abi Mayna through a chain. Ibn Asakir in his Tarikh, Vol. 42, p. 333 has narrated it, through a chain, from Umm Salamah. Al-Haythami too, in his Majma al-Zawaid, Vol. 10, p. 21 (Egypt) has narrated it through another chain from her. Al-Hafiz Jamaluddin al-Zarnadi, in his Nasm Duroor al-Simtayn, p. 24, has narrated it, through a chain, from Ibrahim ibn Shaybah al-Ansari.

Al-Khatib al-Baghdadi, in his Muwazzih Awham al-Jami' wa al-Tafriq, Vol. 1, p. 43, records it, through a chain, from Bibi Fatimah al-Zahra (as). A huge number of Sunni scholars have narrated it through several chains from Imam Ali (as). Among them are Ibn Asakir in his Tarikh, Vol. 42, p. 332, al-Dawlabi in his al-Dhurriyat al-Tahirat, p. 121, al-Khatib al-Baghdadi in his Tarikh, Vol. 12, p. 284 and others.

The hadith has been narrated from ELEVEN Companions. It is therefore absolutely authentic and must be accepted as proof, being a mutawatir tradition.

Imam Ibn Hajar records in his 'Nuzhat al-Nadhar' page 10:

"Verily one must work with the mutawatir hadith without checking its narrators"

Sunni scholar and a teacher of university of Makka Allamah Ahmad bin Umar bin Salim records in Al-Muqtareb fi Bayan al-Mutareb, page 10:

"The tawattur do not require checking of narrators, verily one must work with it without checking because it is acceptable"

Present day Salafi scholar and one of the students of Shaykh Bin Baz namely Abdulkarim al-Khudhair (born in 1374 H) records in Tahqiq al-Raghba fi Tawdih al-Nukhba, page 44:

The mutawatir: Traditions that should be believed because they are absolutely true, there is hence no need to check through its narrators

We read the aspect of a mutawatir tradition in Tadrib al-Rawi by Imam Jalaluddin Suyuti, Volume 2 page 173:

"Hence one must work with it without checking the narrators."

Allahuma salli 'ala Muhammadin wa ahlihi wa shi'atihim ajma'een.

The Holy prophet Muhammed (P.) is the first one who called the followers of Imam Ali (A.S.) as Shias,

Shia literally mean followers

In the well known hadith, the holy prophet Muhammed (P.) said: "Ali and his Shias are the best of men"

You can find this Hadith in Tafsir Al-Tabari (A well-known Sunni Tafsir) for Verse #7 of Surat Al-Bayyinah (#98)

[Holy Quran 98:7] (As for) those who believe and do good, surely they are the -best of men.

Excerpt form Tafsir Al-Tabari on the exegesis of this verse of the holy Quran

When the verse "Surely they are the best of men" came down, the holy prophet Muhammed (A.S.) said: "It is you O Ali and your Shias (Followers)."

So we can say that the holy prophet Muhammed (P.) is the one who called Shias by that name and he described them as the holy Quran did that they are the best of men, which means that Shia is the true branch of Islam.

Just to clear a misconception, Shia is not a division, it is the original Islam preached by the holy Prophet Muhammed (P.). The name Shia has been widely used to distinguish it from other sects in Islam.

In regards to the narration:

“You and your shias are the best of creation.”

It should be known that it is not authentic.

It was narrated in Tafseer at-Tabari in regards to Verse 98:7 of the Quran:

“Those who have faith and do righteous deads, they are the best of creatures.” (98:7)

From Ibn Humayd, Eesa ibn Farqad, from Abu Jarud, from Muhammad ibn Ali: “They are the best of creatures”, the Prophet said to Ali: “That is you and your shias.”

The narration is Mursal. The chain ends at Muhammad ibn Ali who did not see the Prophet, and as such, he could not witness the so-called event.

Additionally, the chain is extremely weak and goes through Rawaafidh (Shia extremists). The chain goes through Abu Jarud (Ziyad ibn Manzoor) and he was criticized by the scholars of Hadith.

Ibn Hajar said about him: “Rafidhi (Shia extremist) who was declared to be a liar by Yahya ibn Ma’een” (Taqreeb Al Tahzheeb 1/221), and he described him as a “liar and not trustworthy” (Al Jarh wal Ta’deel 3/454).

Dhahabi reported about Abu Jarud in Mizan (#2965):

قال ابن معين: كذاب. وقال النسائي وغيره: متروك.

Ibn Mueen said: “He is a liar.” Nasai and others said he is Matrook.

Abu Hatim Muhammad ibn Hibban al-Busti in his book “Marjoohin” (p.306) wrote about him:

روي عن فضائل أهل البيت أشياء ماله أصول

“(He) narrated baseless stories about the honor of Ahlel Bayt.”

And Ahmad said: “Abu Jarud is matrook ahadeeth.”

Ibn Abu Hatim reported in his book “Jarh wa tadeel” (#2462):

حدثنا عبد الرحمن قال سمعت أبا زرعة يقول زياد بن المنذر أبو الجارود كوفى ضعيف الحديث

From Abdur-Rahman: I heard that Abu Zura said: “Ziyad ibn Manzoor, Abu Jarud Kufi: Dhaeef (weak) al-hadeeth.”

Additionally, we find Eesa bin Farqad in the chain, and he is the one who narrates from liars and abandoned people (matrookeen) such as Jaabir Al al Ja’fee (Jaami’ Al Jarh wal Ta’deel, 1/122)–the Rafidhi (Shia extremist) who used to believe that Ali ibn Abi Talib is the beast of the earth and that he didn’t die and that he is in the clouds and that he will come back to this earth.

You non-Sunnah Muslims act like you have never read this Quran verse:

وَلاَ تَدْعُ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ مَا لاَ يَنفَعُكَ وَلاَ يَضُرُّكَ فَإِن فَعَلْتَ فَإِنَّكَ إِذًا مِّنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

Wala tadAAu min dooni Allahi ma la yanfaAAuka wala yadurruka fain faAAalta fainnaka ithan mina alththalimeena

Nor call on any, other than Allah.- Such will neither profit thee nor hurt thee: if thou dost, behold! thou shalt certainly be of those who do wrongs. [10:106]

How are you different from Christians?

They call on ISA, you call on ALI. Shirk.....unforgivable.
