An appropriate greeting for Ramadan is Ramadan Mubarak, and the person will say Ramadan Kareem.

Happy Ramadan is fine to say. We say Ramadan Mubarak, which is te same thing as Happy Ramadan.

"Ramadan Kareem Mubarak" that's the greeting i use "May Allah give you strength to fast thsi month" thats' what i say to my frndz and relatives....

basically it is "Ramadan Mubarak"

but if u want to wish well soemone for Ramdan then:



"May Allah accept ur fasting."

"May Allah accept your good deeds."

"May Allah bless all his blessings on you and your family this month."

"May this month be a joyous month for you"



and yeah after these wishes always come (Ameen)...
