29. Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. And those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking Bounty from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (foreheads) from the traces of prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurat (Torah). But their description in the Injeel (Gospel) is like a (sown) seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, and becomes thick and it stands straight on its stem, delighting the sowers, that He may enrage the disbelievers with them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous good deeds, forgiveness and a mighty reward (i.e. Paradise).

@pedram

read it in arabic or read hat

Pickthal: Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves. Thou (O Muhammad) seest them bowing and falling prostrate (in worship), seeking bounty from Allah and (His) acceptance. The mark of them is on their foreheads from the traces of prostration. Such is their likeness in the Torah and their likeness in the Gospel - like as sown corn that sendeth forth its shoot and strengtheneth it and riseth firm upon its stalk, delighting the sowers - that He may enrage the disbelievers with (the sight of) them. Allah hath promised, <<<<>>>>>as believe and do good works, forgiveness and immense reward.

[48:28] He it is Who sent His Messenger with the guidance and the true religion that He may make it prevail over all the religions; and Allah is enough for a witness.

however, the hypocrites, the deviators, the doubters and the deserters are here:

3:121] And when you did go forth early in the morning from your family to lodge the believers in encampments for war and Allah is Hearing, Knowing.

3:122] When two parties from among you had determined that they should show cowardice, and Allah was the guardian of them both, and in Allah should the believers trust.

3:128] You have no concern in the affair whether He turns to them (mercifully) or chastises them, for surely they are unjust.

3:140] If a wound has afflicted you (at Ohud), a wound like it has also afflicted the (unbelieving) people; and We bring these days to men by turns, and that Allah may know those who believe and take witnesses from among you; and Allah does not love the unjust.

3:142] Do you think that you will enter the garden while Allah has not yet known those who strive hard from among you, and (He has not) known the patient.

3:144] And Muhammad is no more than a messenger; the messengers have already passed away before him; if then he dies or is killed will you turn back upon your heels? And whoever turns back upon his heels, he will by no means do harm to Allah in the least and Allah will reward the grateful.

8:16] And whoever shall turn his back to them on that day-- unless he turn aside for the sake of fighting or withdraws to a company-- then he, indeed, becomes deserving of Allah's wrath, and his abode is hell; and an evil destination shall it be.

and i swear id continue this, but its one 1.15am. so i hope you get the idea. :)

Salam. certain if someone slandered the companions (sahabahs) it ability also slandering the messenger of Allah Muhammad s.a.w. The rasool had many sahabahs which incorporates Abu Bakar asy Siddiq who develop into his father in regulation too because he were given married with Aisha. Umar Bin Khattab develop into only a similar with Abu Bakar Ustman Bin Affan develop into rasool's cousin and also his son in regulation because he gor married with rasool's daughter same to Ali Bin Abi Thalib. The sahabahs except Ali were switched over to Islam once they grown up.yet shall we no longer accusing them of being evil and unjust liar because those were executed earlier replacing to Islam. All of their sins earlier entering into Islam, were forgiven by using Allah swt The rasool loved them and relied on them as perfect muslims.
I love you

I am confused why so much focus is put on Muhammad's friends and family in this forum. I would think we would want to work on improving our practice of the religion and not arguing about people who lived 1400 years ago. We cannot do anything about the type of people they were or were not, and what they did does not determine whether any of us go to heaven. What we do determines if we go to heaven, so why keep arguing about them?

May Allah SWT be pleased with them and give us the honor to be in their company in heaven and serve them InshaAllah.....

what a wonderful Holy Verse, and may Allah SWT increase the reward of those companions who have the above attributes........

"Allah has promised >>>>those among<<<< them who >believe< and >do righteous good deeds,< forgiveness and a mighty reward (i.e. Paradise)."

firstly, not "all" of them, and secondly, they need to believe and thirdly do good deeds, so clearly >not< "all" of them

Allah SWT prommised them heaven if they do these things, just like how we read in the Holy Quran:

O children of Israel! call to mind My favor which I bestowed on you and >>>be faithful to (your) covenant with Me, I will fulfill (My) covenant with you;<<< and of Me, Me alone, should you be afraid.

2:40

so in order to get what Allah SWT has prommised them (heaven) they had to do fullfill their side of covenant which was to believe and do good.....
